Virtual Reality Filmmaking
The Headset, The Camera, The Editing
- We will provide learners with an introduction to the headset and the VR 360 format.
- We will then look at the camera and how it works.
- We will then look at the editing process and how film parts of material are put together.
The Story
- We will discuss pre-selected themes and discuss how to film them.
The Shoot
- We will isolate 2 or 3 different scenarios which will be fleshed out on paper.
- Roles will be assigned and rehearsed. Costumes will be sourced and decided.
- We will go out and shoot 2 or 3 sequences as single continuous pieces in and around Martha Street.
